Participer

To participate to the Roses des Sables Trophy, each participant must imperatively match the following criteria:

- Be a woman
- Full ‘s driver license
- Valid and up-to-date passport

Pre registration

All you need to do is to fill in the pre registration application form (if you don’t have it just call you at this number: 0033 5 59 47 47 47). Upon reception of this form with an advance fees check of 400€, you will receive a letter with your crew number (you can also pay by phone with your credit card).

Registration

Final payment and registration will occur in September. You will receive everything at your address in July. You will have to send it back to Désertours before September 9th. No more registration will be accepted after this date. You can also buy the cancellation insurance from Désertours for 217€, but it is not mandatory.
And last a repatriation insurance will be mandatory for 290€.

Warning : September 9th, the organization will ask for several documents such as : vehicle insurance, driver’s license numbers, passports numbers… please make sure these administrative tasks are done on your list of plans.

If you decide to stop, you must imperatively send to us a certified mail (with confirmation of delivery) containing your wish to stop the adventure before September 9th. You will be pay back 400€ less 50€ of administrative fees.
